  1. Acceptance
By engaging with Chakravarthy Plastic Industries, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms govern all transactions, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding between the company and its clients.

  2. Charges
All prices and charges for products and services will be communicated transparently before the commencement of any order. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and market fluctuations, and clients will be notified promptly of any revisions.

  3. For further clarification, feel free to contact us directly. We aim to foster strong, transparent relationships with our clients to ensure successful collaboration and satisfaction.

  4. Client Review
Clients are encouraged to review all design and production details carefully before approval. Once production begins, any changes may incur additional costs and could affect delivery timelines.

  5. Turnaround Time and Content Control
We strive to deliver projects within the agreed timelines. However, production schedules are contingent upon the timely receipt of all required specifications and approvals from the client. Delays caused by incomplete information or revisions requested by the client may impact the agreed delivery date.

  6. Payment
Invoices will be issued upon completion of the agreed milestones or project phases. Payments are due immediately upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Outstanding balances beyond thirty (30) days may incur a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding amount or ₹2,500, whichever is higher, per month.

  7. Additional Expenses
Any additional costs incurred during the project, such as expedited shipping, custom tooling, or special material requests, will be communicated and billed separately. These expenses will require client approval before proceeding.

  8. Web Browsers (Digital Content)
For any digital files provided (e.g., designs or promotional content), Chakravarthy Plastic Industries ensures compatibility with commonly used platforms and formats. Clients must specify any unique requirements beforehand to avoid compatibility issues.

  9. Default
In case of default in payment or breach of agreement by the client, Chakravarthy Plastic Industries reserves the right to suspend services, withhold products, or terminate the agreement until the issue is resolved. Legal action may be pursued to recover unpaid dues.

  10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client will be liable to settle any outstanding payments for completed or in-progress work. Any materials or designs provided by Chakravarthy Plastic Industries must not be used without express permission.
